WHAT WILL CHANGE IN ENERGY STORAGE?

The need to store green energy often comes up when discussing the efficient use of RES and avoiding the waste of this type of power due to overloading the grid. The legislator wants to change this through changes in the law. Which ones?

The government is currently working on a draft amendment to the Energy Law, which will favour the installation of more capacious energy storage.

The current rules for summing the power of a micro-installation and a storage facility make it simplest to have such a combination where the capacity of the storage facility does not exceed that of the PV panels.

Admittedly, the exact wording of the amendment under development is not yet known, but it is intended to allow the considerable interest in prosumer energy to be used to develop green power storage.
