We are proud and excited to announce that we have signed with Enefit Green the co-development agreement covering onshore wind projects with a targeted total installed capacity of up to 360 MW.
Total estimated investment amounts to ca €80m, which includes the project acquisition cost and other development costs needed to achieve “ready to build” status for all projects in the scope.
We find this transaction very important as this is the first deal with such a big portfolio after the new opening for the wind farm industry in Poland. The transaction is part of our wind portfolio expansion strategy and we are very glad that we could make it with such a renowned investor .
