Education and dialogue with local communities are real actions for RES Global Investment, not just declarations. At the Primary School in Boguty-Pianki, we donated sports equipment for students and conducted a lesson dedicated to renewable energy sources.
During the meeting, we talked with students about wind energy, explaining how wind turbines work and where the most commonly repeated myths come from. Confronting facts with popular opinions helped students better understand renewable energy and encouraged them to ask informed questions.
The meeting concluded with a renewable energy knowledge quiz with prizes. We were pleased with the students’ engagement and their openness to reliable information. We believe that the donated sports equipment will serve talented and active young people for a long time.
