From the moment the first lease agreements are signed in a given area, we greatly appreciate the trust that some residents have already placed in us at this stage and we feel like part of the local community. Therefore, we strive for the best possible neighborly relations. The comfort and peace of residents are our priority. From the very beginning of each project, we are present in municipalities, organizing numerous educational meetings. During these meetings, we present facts about such investments. We share all knowledge based on our detailed environmental and health studies. We answer all questions and try to dispel any doubts. In our work, building good interpersonal relationships always comes first. We prioritize direct communication. Residents can always meet with us or call to learn about the plans and stages of the investment. We strive to be an active member of local communities, support their development and changes, while also ensuring that our presence is as non-invasive as possible for residents.
Our proprietary programs dedicated directly to municipal residents
Civic Budget
These are additional funds amounting to several tens of thousands of PLN annually for the implementation of specific needs of residents. In short, a civic committee is established, consisting of a representative of the municipality, the investor, and our company. Each resident can submit ideas and needs. The committee, after consultations with residents and through voting, decides on the allocation of these funds. The goals can vary—from children's and youth camps, supporting local sports clubs, to other specific needs of the local community. It is worth noting that these funds are available to residents already at the project development stage, not only after the wind farm is built. Detailed information on the functioning of the 'Civic Budget' program is always publicly available to residents.
Certified training guaranteeing employment in wind turbine operations
Another direct form of support for the local community is the vocational activation program in the RES sector, which we implement in cooperating municipalities. The value invested in full training for a technician/operator of RES installations for selected candidates reaches up to €5,000 per person. Importantly, candidates acquire skills that currently practically guarantee success in the job market. Any resident of the municipality who is over 18 years old can join the program—regardless of education or professional qualifications. We provide more details after launching the program in a given municipality.
