We are one of the key players in the renewable energy sector. Our team comprises experts who have been actively involved in the RES market since 2007, participating in large projects with a total capacity exceeding 5.1 GW.​

At Res Global Investment, we combine experience with expert knowledge, an effective management system, and modern technology.​

In 2024, we signed an agreement with the Tallinn Stock Exchange-listed Estonian company Enefit Green, with an estimated investment value of €80 million. The contract with Enefit is part of our dynamic development strategy.​

Anna Kosińska

Anna has extensive operational experience in managerial positions within global corporations. She began her professional career in the Communication Department of one of Poland’s largest media groups – Agora. She then served as Director of Investor Relations and Press Spokesperson at NFI Empik Media & Fashion, a company listed on the WIG20 index (then the owner of brands such as Empik, Smyk, and fashion labels like Esprit and New Look).

From 2012 to 2020, she was associated with the global fashion brand GUESS, where, as Head of Marketing and PR, she participated in launching and developing the brand on the Polish market.

Privately, she is a happy wife and mom 😊 and a proud owner of Kosmo a.k.a. Rysio, a poodle who accompanies her to work every day. Her lifelong passion has been sports—in her free time, she plays tennis, swims, and practices pilates and yoga. She has also rekindled her love for skiing 😊

Kamil Kwaśniak

Education: Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, specializing in Renewable Energy Sources, and Bachelor of Science in Renewable Energy Engineering from Lublin University of Technology.

Professional Experience: He has been involved in developing wind farm projects for 5 years. He began his career as a project manager assistant, gaining on-site experience and serving as a junior project manager. During his studies and professional work, he acquired the necessary technical knowledge that enabled him to successfully conclude numerous negotiations with landowners, securing approximately 250 lease agreements and other forms of land rights. He maintains constant contact with municipal authorities and public administration, placing great emphasis on good relations with the local community in the areas where he implements wind projects.

Values: In his personal and professional life, he values honesty and consistency in pursuing set goals the most. When starting a wind farm project, he gives 200% from the very beginning to move step by step towards the construction phase of the investment.

Passion: He treats his work as the development of his passion, which is renewable energy sources, and especially wind turbines, which have always fascinated him.

Personal Life: In his private life, he is happily married to Sylwia. In his free time, he and his wife run a small farm. His hobby is off-road ATV riding.

Mirosław Pawlik

A manager with many years of experience and immense dedication. He loves working with people. By profession, he is a land surveyor with over 30 years of experience. He has participated in projects including the design of highways and numerous industrial facilities. In his personal life, he is the happy husband of Elżbieta and the father of adult children, Anna and Piotr. Outside of work, Mirek’s great passion is art – especially painting and architecture. In his free time, he enjoys mountain trips and science fiction literature.

Michał Czerniawski

He is an experienced Wind Farm Development Project Manager. He began working in the renewable energy sector in 2022 at KGM INVESTMENT, where he was involved in photovoltaic projects. In 2024, he joined the RES GLOBAL INVESTMENT team, serving as a wind project manager.

Michał is known for his professionalism, dedication, and leadership skills. Thanks to his abilities, project teams achieve their set goals on time and within budget. His management approach is based on transparency, effective communication, and attention to every detail.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive technical knowledge and practical experience, which allow him to effectively solve problems and make sound decisions. His risk analysis skills and knowledge of the latest wind technologies make him an expert in the field of wind farm development.

Michał graduated from the University of Szczecin with a degree in Public Finance Management, and also from the Academy of Music in Gdansk, where he studied solo singing. Additionally, he obtained education at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, specializing in Historical Performance.

In his free time, Michał is interested in history, geopolitics, Formula 1, and culture in its broadest sense, especially Baroque music and opera. His vocal abilities are an interesting fact that distinguishes him in the energy industry.

Krzysztof Czech

Krzysztof has 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector (mainly wind and solar projects). His recent activities have focused on building a portfolio of solar and wind projects and on business development activities. He manages large greenfield photovoltaic and wind projects. His responsibilities include: negotiating land rights, establishing transmission easements, property acquisition, cooperation with TSOs (Transmission System Operators), collaboration with local governments, public consultations, supervision of environmental inventories, local zoning plans, and the process of obtaining building permits.

Krzysztof Moroz

Krzysztof Moroz is an experienced specialist in investment project management and commercial real estate acquisition. For over 15 years, he has successfully delivered ventures at the intersection of business, real estate, and construction, effectively combining an analytical approach with practical action. He has extensive experience in site analysis, business negotiations, and collaboration with design offices, investors, and public administration. His professional strengths include precision, punctuality, efficient work organization, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Krzysztof holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Wrocław University of Economics, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Real Estate Brokerage and Agriculture. He is certified in PRINCE2® and AgilePM® project management methodologies. He navigates the investment environment with ease, continuously expanding his competencies and seeking innovative solutions to enhance the business efficiency of projects.

Privately, he is passionate about mountain hiking, running, and cycling trips. He is fascinated by economics, the real estate market, and classic crime literature. Married and a father of three, he successfully balances an active family life with a demanding professional career.

Bolesław Guzek

Bolek asked if we couldn’t just write here that he’s a great guy and there’s no one else like him 😊 We can 😊 But allow us to supplement his bio with a few additional, professional details.

Professional Experience:

2 years in the sales of renewable energy products, starting as a D2D sales representative and progressing to manager/leader of a sales team.

Marcin Sładkiewicz

Marcin Sładkiewicz is an experienced GIS specialist with extensive expertise in spatial data analysis and visualization, as well as the development of GIS solutions. From July 2023 to February 2025, he worked as a GIS Specialist at CEE Energy Group, where he was involved in spatial data analysis, collecting and processing data from various sources, and developing spatial databases. Prior to that, from October 2021 to July 2023, he held the position of Project Assistant at ABO Wind, where he scouted locations for photovoltaic farm installations and analyzed potential land properties.

From September 2020 to October 2021, he worked as a Junior Specialist in the Flood and Drought Protection Coordination Department at the State Water Holding Polish Waters RZGW in Szczecin, where he prepared administrative matters related to the management of flood-risk areas. Previously, from May to September 2020, he worked at GISPRO, digitizing surveying documents.

He started his professional career as a junior referent in the Real Estate Department at the District Office in Police, where he worked from August 2017 to February 2018. Marcin Sładkiewicz graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology with a Master of Science in Geodesy and Cartography in October 2020, and from the Maritime University of Szczecin with a Bachelor of Science in the same field in May 2017. His interests include sports, culinary arts, travel, traditional board games and graphic design.

Jakub Cegiełka

Jakub Cegiełka is a graduate with an engineering degree in Renewable Energy Sources from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. He currently holds the position of Wind Analysis Specialist, where his responsibilities include administrative and environmental site analysis, acoustic analysis, and the preparation of graphic attachments in the form of maps. He possesses extensive knowledge of wind energy and proficiency in professional software such as QGIS and WindPRO, which are used in spatial analyses and the modeling of wind farm operations.

Jakub actively participates in academic life as a member of the student government, organizing initiatives that support the academic community and promote scientific development. He is passionate about organizing events that combine engagement in university life with personal growth.

In his private life, Jakub is a basketball enthusiast and a loyal fan of the sport. He is also a numismatics enthusiast, collecting unique coins. His collecting passion also extends to CDs, especially those with sentimental value. An inseparable part of his daily routine is yerba mate, which accompanies him both at work and during moments of relaxation.

Paweł Grześkowiak

Paweł Grześkowiak began his career in the renewable energy sources (RES) industry at RES Global Investment two years ago as an intern. He specializes in wind analyses and creating maps related to the developed projects. He gained experience by exchanging information with colleagues during the creation of new projects.

Paweł focuses on practical, proven solutions that support project managers working directly in the field with potential lessors. Outside of work, he is interested in new technologies, especially in the field of electronics. He enjoys analyzing innovations and their potential impact on the future of various industries.

For over a year, he has regularly participated in training trips and camps related to martial arts, which allows him to disconnect from everyday life.

Jacek Jarosz

Jacek Jarosz is a dynamic specialist in the renewable energy sources (RES) industry, with a passion for innovation and sustainable development. He has been working at RES Global Investment for two years, where he holds the role of Wind Analysis Specialist. In his daily work, he conducts detailed wind analyses and creates precise maps that support project managers in making key decisions.

He began his career at RES Global Investment as an intern, quickly gaining valuable professional experience through his involvement in various wind projects. His determination and commitment have allowed him for rapid professional development.

Outside of work, Jacek is interested in modern technologies and innovations in the field of RES. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, which allows him to relax and disconnect from his daily responsibilities.

Anna Miązek

Anna Miązek holds the position of Head of Administration in our company. She is responsible for overseeing the work of the HR department and coordinating cooperation with the accounting department. She is a graduate of the University of Rzeszów with a degree in Administration, which has been a key influence on her current professional position. Her professional experience covers various career levels, which has allowed her to acquire the skills necessary to fulfill her current role. Starting from basic administrative tasks, she gradually advanced, gaining experience in managing the HR department and collaborating with the accounting department. Today, she is responsible for a wide range of administrative activities, including managing HR processes, ensuring the efficient organization of work within the company, and coordinating contacts with the accounting department.

Anna is passionate about boxing, which she trains regularly, and she also volunteers at a shelter, helping animals. In her free time, she creates jewelry from natural stones, plays volleyball, and enjoys cycling. She values physical activity and creative self-expression, striving to combine her passions with her daily responsibilities.

Katarzyna Miętek

Katarzyna Miętek is an excellent example of career growth within the company structure. She began her career at RES Global Investment (RGI) in an assistant position, and her previous professional experiences allowed her to acquire the key skills necessary for her current role. Her knowledge of communication, soft skills, and experience in working with people provide a solid foundation for her role in PR.

Currently, Katarzyna is responsible for internal and external communication, the organization of publications and events, and administrative support for the team. She emphasizes efficiency in her work, and her organizational skills allow her to effectively manage projects. In her role as PR Manager, she combines communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge, and passion to effectively achieve the company’s goals.

In her free time, Kasia shares her greatest passion – music – with others. She sings and is a vocal and breathing coach. She values closeness to nature, collects plants, and is a cat-mom to three furry companions.
