The energy price freeze must end at some point. Does this mean a sudden increase in energy prices? There are many indications that it does – although, of course, much depends on the detailed decisions of the government and the dynamics of RES development.
Analyses conducted by Money.pl indicate that in some cases the withdrawal of the “freezing” system could lead to energy price increases of as much as 70-80 percent. Entrepreneurs are in a particularly difficult situation here. On the other hand, the situation is not much better for households consuming up to 1,500 kWh per year.
Unfortunately, the current system – based on essentially artificial interference in the market – is simply temporary. Sooner or later it will have to be abandoned.
Besides, this kind of situation perfectly illustrates how important it is to invest in green energy. This is the only chance to produce cheap and green energy.
